Terms of Service

By purchasing a ticket or attending any LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, or BQD Society experience, event, or trip (collectively, “Events”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases and trip bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel complications, or event modifications beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Reservations are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by LiveBQD in writing.

2. Event Changes & Cancellations

LiveBQD reserves the right to modify any event’s schedule, location, programming, or facilitators at any time. If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If an event is canceled by LiveBQD, you will receive a credit applicable toward a future LiveBQD experience within 12 months of the original event date.
LiveBQD is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to scheduling or location changes.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in LiveBQD Events is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that LiveBQD cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. You release LiveBQD, its affiliates, hosts, team members, and partners from any and all claims arising from participation before, during, or after the event.

4. Conduct, Safety & Community Care

LiveBQD experiences are rooted in High Protocol, mutual respect, and community care. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive conduct of any kind. LiveBQD reserves the right to remove any participant—without refund—whose behavior is deemed unsafe, harmful, or inconsistent with our community values.

5. Photography, Media & Publicity Release

By attending a LiveBQD event, you grant LiveBQD the irrevocable right to capture, use, and reproduce photos, videos, or audio recordings featuring your likeness for marketing, archival, or promotional purposes, in all media and formats. If you wish to opt out of photography, please notify our team in writing prior to the event’s start date; accommodations will be made where possible.

6. Agreement

By completing your purchase or attending an event, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Serious Injury or Death

By attending or participating in any LiveBQD event, trip, or experience, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, outdoor excursions, physical movement, Dark Arts movement-based practices, or engagement with natural environments.

In the unlikely event of serious injury or death, LiveBQD, its affiliates, team members, and partners shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such incidents. Participants and their estates hereby release and discharge LiveBQD from all liability related to injury, death, or loss that may occur during participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct by LiveBQD.
