LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom & BQD Society Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, booking a trip, joining a membership, attending any LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, or BQD Society experience, or purchasing any LiveBQD apothecary or wellness product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

For purposes of these Terms, “Offerings” includes events, retreats, trips, memberships, workshops, digital resources, coaching experiences, apothecary products, wellness products, herbal products, topical products, merchandise, and any related LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, or BQD Society experience.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases, trip bookings, memberships, digital products, apothecary products, and wellness product purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, illness, travel complications, scheduling conflicts, missed events, delayed arrivals, personal emergencies, dissatisfaction with programming, or event modifications beyond our control. For trips and travel-based experiences, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Reservations are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by LiveBQD in writing.

For apothecary, herbal, topical, personal care, and wellness products, returns are not accepted once an order has shipped, due to the personal-use nature of these products. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue so we can determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other remedy is appropriate.

2. Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations

LiveBQD reserves the right to modify any event’s schedule, location, programming, facilitators, guest speakers, venue, or format at any time. If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If an event is canceled by LiveBQD, you will receive a credit applicable toward a future LiveBQD experience within 12 months of the original event date.

LiveBQD is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to scheduling, travel, lodging, transportation, or location changes. Your ticket grants access to the live event only unless otherwise stated. Recordings of BQD and LiveBQD events are not included with general tickets. Event recordings are an exclusive benefit available to Black Queer Dom Society and LiveBQD members unless specifically included in the ticket description.

3. Apothecary, Herbal & Wellness Product Disclaimer

LiveBQD apothecary and wellness products are offered for personal ritual, wellness support, pleasure, rest, care, and educational purposes only. Our products and any related information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal, ingestible, topical, or wellness product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, taking medication, managing a medical condition, immunocompromised, allergic to herbs or essential oils, or under medical supervision.

Individual experiences may vary. LiveBQD does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, spiritual, sexual, or health-related results from any product.

4. Allergies, Sensitivities & Product Use

You are responsible for reviewing all listed ingredients before purchasing or using any apothecary, herbal, topical, or wellness product. Products may contain herbs, oils, essential oils, butters, flowers, plant materials, fragrances, nuts, seeds, or other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals. For topical products, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, rash, burning, swelling, or any adverse reaction occurs.

Unless a product is specifically labeled otherwise, topical products are for external use only. Do not ingest topical products. Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, mucous membranes, or intimate areas unless the product instructions clearly state that such use is appropriate. Apothecary products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

5. Product Storage, Shelf Life & Shipping

Apothecary and wellness products should be stored according to the instructions provided with the product. Exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, or improper storage may affect texture, scent, color, or quality.

Natural products may vary slightly in color, scent, texture, or appearance from batch to batch. These variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

LiveBQD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, customs, theft, lost packages, or other delivery issues outside our control. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, LiveBQD is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

6. No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Therapeutic Advice

Any information shared through LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, BQD Society, our events, memberships, products, workshops, digital materials, or social media is for educational, spiritual, community, lifestyle, and wellness purposes only. Nothing we share should be interpreted as medical, mental health, legal, financial, therapeutic, or clinical advice. You are responsible for making informed decisions and seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in LiveBQD Offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. By attending an event, participating in a trip, using a product, engaging in a wellness experience, or participating in any LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, or BQD Society Offering, you acknowledge and accept that certain activities may involve inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, travel, outdoor excursions, physical movement, wellness practices, bodywork, touch-based offerings, heat, fire, ritual, intimacy-based containers, Dark Arts movement-based or play practices, natural environments, herbal products, topical products, food, beverages, emotional processing, and community-based experiences. You agree to participate responsibly, communicate your needs and limitations, follow all safety instructions, and stop participating or using a product if you feel unsafe, unwell, uncomfortable, or unable to continue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, BQD Society, City Dibs Society, their affiliates, hosts, facilitators, team members, contractors, volunteers, partners, venues, and representatives from claims arising from participation in any Offering, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Serious Injury or Death

By attending or participating in any LiveBQD event, trip, experience, wellness offering, or physical activity, you acknowledge that serious injury, illness, emotional distress, allergic reaction, or death may occur, even when care is taken. In the unlikely event of serious injury or death, LiveBQD, its affiliates, team members, facilitators, contractors, volunteers, partners, and venues shall not be held liable for claims, damages, or expenses arising from such incidents, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct by LiveBQD. Participants and their estates hereby release and discharge LiveBQD from liability related to injury, death, loss, or damages that may occur during or after participation in any Offering, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Conduct, Safety & Community Care

LiveBQD experiences are rooted in High Protocol, mutual respect, consent, dignity, and community care.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, coercion, bullying, intimidation, non-consensual behavior, unsafe conduct, or disruptive behavior of any kind.

LiveBQD reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, whose behavior is deemed unsafe, harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community values. Participants are expected to honor boundaries, follow consent practices, respect facilitators and staff, and engage with care for the collective container.

10. Consent, Touch & Wellness Experiences

Some LiveBQD experiences may include optional touch-based, body-based, movement-based, ritual, Dark Arts, or wellness practices. Participation in these activities is always voluntary. You are responsible for communicating your boundaries, asking questions before participating, and opting out of any activity that does not feel aligned for you. You may decline touch, modify participation, or step out of an activity at any time. No participant is required to engage in any physical, intimate, sensual, spiritual, or ritual practice in order to remain part of the experience.

11. Photography, Media & Publicity Release

By attending a LiveBQD event, you grant LiveBQD the right to capture, use, and reproduce photos, videos, or audio recordings featuring your likeness for marketing, archival, educational, or promotional purposes, in all media and formats. If you wish to opt out of photography or video, please notify our team in writing before the event begins. Accommodations will be made where possible, but we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of group or crowd images.

12. Digital Products, Recordings & Intellectual Property

All LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, and BQD Society materials, including workshops, recordings, toolkits, worksheets, curricula, slides, rituals, frameworks, written content, and digital downloads, are the intellectual property of LiveBQD and/or its affiliated entities unless otherwise stated. Purchasing or accessing these materials grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, share, upload, or adapt these materials without written permission.

13. Membership Access

Membership benefits, pricing, access, recordings, resources, community spaces, and offerings may change at any time. Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login information, recordings, paid resources, or private community content with non-members may result in removal from the membership without refund.

14. Agreement

By completing your purchase, attending an event, joining a membership, booking a trip, accessing digital materials, or using any apothecary or wellness product, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, attend, participate, access, or use LiveBQD, Black Queer Dom, or BQD Society Offerings.
